1. Purchase of Armored Glass and Installation Services. Seller shall sell to Buyer and Buyer shall purchase from Seller the Armored Glass and Installation Services for the Buyer Vehicle, for the price based on the selected package price in U.S. dollars, upon the terms and conditions set forth below: 

(a) Initial Deposit. Buyer shall pay to Seller an initial, non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Price upon the earlier of:

(i) Buyer’s scheduling of an installation appointment for Seller’s performance of the Installation Services; or
(ii) execution of this Agreement; and 

(b) Final Payment. Upon Seller’s completion of the Installation Services, Buyer shall pay to Seller a final payment, for all amounts owed to Seller as reflected on a final invoice issued to Buyer by Seller, which shall include but is not limited to unpaid amounts for the remaining ninety percent (90%) balance of the Price.
